These terms apply to this website and to the services provided at Visions Barbershop, 37 W Normantown Rd, Romeoville, Illinois. By using this site or booking with us, you agree to them.

1. Using this website

You may browse and use this site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Please do not attempt to interfere with the site, copy it wholesale, scrape it, or use it in a way that breaks the law.

2. Information on this site

We keep the hours, services and prices on this site as accurate as we can, but they can change — and prices vary between barbers and with the length and condition of your hair. Nothing on this site is a binding quote. Your barber will confirm the price before starting. Photographs show real work done in this shop; results differ from person to person, because hair does.

3. Booking

Online booking is provided by Booksy, a separate company. When you click a Book button you leave this site, and Booksy's own terms and privacy policy govern what happens there. We are not responsible for the Booksy platform, its availability or its content. You can also book by calling the shop, or simply walk in.

4. Appointments, lateness and cancellations

• If you cannot make an appointment, please give us as much notice as you can — 24 hours is the courtesy we ask for.
• If you arrive more than about 15 minutes late we may not be able to complete the service, and may need to reschedule you, so the clients after you are not held up.
• Repeated missed appointments may mean we ask you to book by calling the shop, or to prepay, before we hold a chair again.
• We will always try to give you as much notice as possible if we have to move or cancel an appointment.

5. If you are not happy with your cut

Tell your barber before you leave the shop. That is by far the easiest time to put something right, and we would much rather fix it than have you walk out unhappy. If you only notice later, call us and we will do what we reasonably can. We do not offer cash refunds on a service that has been performed.

6. Health and safety

Please tell your barber before we start about any allergy, skin or scalp condition, recent treatment, or anything else that might affect the service — including any reaction you have had to a product before. We rely on what you tell us. We may decline a service if we believe it is not safe or appropriate to carry out.

Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian in the shop.

7. Photographs of our work

We may photograph haircuts and post them on this website and on social media. If you would prefer not to be photographed, just say so — before or after — and we will not, or we will take it down. See our Privacy Policy.

8. Our content

The Visions Barbershop name, the VS logo, the photographs and the text and design of this site belong to us or are used with permission. Please do not reuse them commercially without asking. Ask — we are reasonable.

9. Links to other sites

This site links to Booksy, Google and Instagram. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their policies or anything that happens once you are on them.

10. Disclaimer

This website is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind about the site, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current at any given moment.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Illinois law, Visions Barbershop and its owners, barbers and staff are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including liability for personal injury caused by negligence.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Will County, Illinois, and you and we agree to that venue.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site or our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.

14. If part of this does not hold up

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
